#Hyderabad Traffic police are mostly busy on their mobile phones. And when they are not, they are quick to stop vehicles, mainly to collect challans. A majority of traffic police seem more like collection agents, ruthlessly stopping vehicles in the middle of the roads. At times, the way they stop vehicles itself can lead to accidents. There may be exceptions here and there. But for many commuters, the experience is increasingly about challan collection rather than traffic management and road safety. Meanwhile, some traffic police use their personal mobile phones to click pictures of violations instead of using official cameras. Everything is about their targets and challans and collections. #HyderabadTraffic #TrafficPolice Source: https://x.com/SandeepAatreya/status/2108208924939997190
