These are the people who prepare the stadium week in week out, ensure there’s no hiccup. As much as the players and fans deserve the limelight, these people, who work behind the scenes, deserve a lot of admiration and credit. They work relentlessly on a match day, often starting as early as 8 am and ending past midnight. Along with the ground staff, the volunteers, police, security personnel and others - everybody deserve a Hats Off for conducting the matches seamlessly.
