It stands on a narrow, busy lane where residents, including women and children, pass throughout the day. In its present condition, the pole can fall at any time and cause a serious accident, injury, or loss of life. A photograph of the pole, taken on 6 October 2026, is attached with this email as evidence.I have already brought this hazard to the notice of CESC. Despite the written complaint, no repair or replacement work has been carried out. This email is therefore a further official written record.You are requested to inspect Pole No. 108/6/2 immediately and complete the necessary repair or replacement without delay. Kindly also acknowledge this complaint in writing and share the complaint/reference number and the expected date of action.Please note that this complaint, along with the attached photograph, is a clear written warning.
