#Hyderabad City Police secure 20-year RI in #POCSO case A Hyderabad court has sentenced Md. Dastagir (28) to 20 years of #rigorousimprisonment for repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor under the pretext of #love and #marriage . The XII Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, also imposed a ₹10,000 fine and ordered ₹2 lakh #compensation for the #victim . The #case (Crime No. 108/2021) was registered at #Kamatipura PS under IPC Sections 363, 376 and Sections 5(l) r/w 6 of the POCSO Act. DCP #Rajendranagar Zone S.
