GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. has launched GMR Airport's first Real-Time Lost & Found Tracking and Communication Platform for passengers. Passengers can now monitor the status of their requests in real time and receive timely updates throughout the recovery process. How it works: - Visit the Lost & Found portal and click Raise a Request. -Enter your name, email address and contact details. -Select the category that best matches the lost item. -Provide details on where and when the item was misplaced and add a description. Upload a photograph, if available, to support identification. -Submit the request and receive a unique reference ID via email. -Use the reference ID to track the status of the request online. -View request details and securely communicate with the Lost & Found team, when required. -Receive updates until the item is identified, verified and returned.
