The employees affected will not receive severance, the sources said. Salary and gratuity, wherever applicable, will be paid, but no severance has been paid so far and there are no indications that the company plans to make such a payment. The Bengaluru centre has been a key engineering and R&D hub for Cambium Networks, supporting product development and other global operations.
