Voters only came to know after checking lists themselves. - Money charged for forms: BLOs or middlemen allegedly took Rs 100-200 to fill forms and submit them. - Flag mapping errors: Voters flagged mapping issues in electoral rolls. - Marked 'Untraceable': If voters were not at home during BLO visit, they were marked as untraceable. - Alive marked as 'Dead': A woman in a family alleged that her husband was marked as dead due to mistakes at BLO level. - Passport being asked as one of the key documents in some cases, when they don't have it, BLOs not accepting. - Daily wage loss: Voters, many dependent on daily wage work, forced to run from pillar to post leaving their work to correct entries.
