📍 #Delhi Alok Sharma and GP Singh Elevated to Apex Pay Scale in Key Security Positions the Central Government has approved the apex pay scale for two senior #IPS officers Alok Sharma, Director General of the Special Protection Group (SPG), and Gyanendra Pratap Singh, Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force ( #CRPF ). Both officers are from the 1991 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre and hail from Aligarh, further underlining the region’s contribution to India’s top security leadership.
