We @surajyaabhiyan had raised this issue in 2025 — Now The Union government has approached the Bombay High Court against the reconstruction of a building being undertaken right next to a crucial defence unit under the Western Naval Command. 📍Our primary question remains whether urban planning authorities bypassed national security norms while abruptly increasing the building height by two and a half times. The Central Government stepping into the High Court and notices being issued to all authorities is the direct outcome of our public interest advocacy.
