While #devendrafadnavis now understands the importance of buses, why not add 10000 mid sized city buses for #Pune #Mumbai ? These will be a catalyst for existing metro services and will thereby demand more metro routes connected by city buses Pune Mirror (@ThePuneMirror) Commuters travelling to and from the newly operational Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) now have an affordable and eco-friendly travel option. The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) is launching its electric 'e-Shivai' bus service starting October 7, 2026, offering direct connectivity to Pune, Dadar, and Borivali. Fares are set at ₹450 for the Pune route, ₹210 for Borivali, and ₹170 for Dadar East. In addition, women traveling with National Common Mobility Cards and children under 12 years of age will receive a 50% fare concession. The routes will utilize major infrastructure including the Atal Setu to ensure swift transit. Further expansions to Thane and Nashik are planned for mid-November, providing comprehensive regional coverage for passengers arriving at the new aviation hub. #Punetimesmirror #NaviMumbaiAirport #MSRTC #PuneNews #eShivai — https://nitter.kareem.one/ThePuneMirror/status/2107426542477619527#m
