When Support Comes Together, Lives Move Forward Rangnath, a 63-year-old farmer from Nashik, #Maharashtra , suffered recurrent strokes due to a serious aneurysmal condition affecting the vertebrobasilar arteries. At KEM Hospital, #Mumbai , he was advised to undergo an endovascular procedure to treat this life-threatening condition. We are delighted to share that Rangnath has successfully undergone the procedure! For families facing a medical crisis, timely treatment can make all the difference. Support under Ayushman Bharat–Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) played an important role in Rangnath's treatment. We sincerely thank @AyushmanNHA for helping make critical healthcare more accessible to families with limited financial means. Our heartfelt thanks to the charitable organisations that came forward to support Rangnath: Sushila Modi Charitable Trust, Mahavir Heart Charity Trust, Pentagon Charitable Foundation, Shree Siddhivinayak and Nana Palkar Smruti Samiti. Their support during this challenging time made a meaningful difference. A special thank you to our two anonymous #PromiseBank depositors from #Mumbai and #Tirupati , who stepped forward at a crucial moment to help bridge the remaining financial gap. Their timely generosity helped Rangnath receive the treatment he urgently needed, and we are deeply grateful for their support. We sincerely thank Dr. Rashmi Saraf, Associate Professor and In-charge, Division of Interventional Neuroradiology, Department of Radiology, KEM Hospital, and her entire team for their dedicated care and support. We also thank Community Development Officer Mr. Vijay Kumar Rathod for his invaluable assistance and coordination. We wish Rangnath good health and a smooth recovery. #PromiseBank #IndiaCares
