Tribal students marched from #Nashik to #Mumbai demanding basic hostel facilities and a probe into student deaths at their own schools. Denied a protest spot, they took shelter at Congress HQ. Police showed up, put them on buses, dropped them outside the city. Congress calls it an arrest. Police call it a detention. The students call it round two, October 25.
