The incident was captured on dashcam video. 🔹 Police said the exact cause is yet to be ascertained. Urban Development Minister Agnimitra Paul said the paint used is anti-skid and temporary. 🔹 Road-safety experts noted that glossy or decorative paint on asphalt can reduce tyre grip when wet, especially on turns. 🔹 KMDA engineers and senior police officers examined the spot.
