I was recently in #Bangalore and driving through MG Road and didn't even see a single poster. Same case with #Hyderabad and #Mumbai . 😔 This poster culture is mostly in TN. I think this is the influence of movies. We follow movies like religion here and almost all movies glorify posters, banners as means to reach masses or show love or appreciation. 🙃 Our leaders or even cine stars think posters are their only way to communicate with people. No one seems to think doing good work can do the same through simple actions and word of mouth. 🤔 It'll be incredibly hard for #TN and #Chennai in particular to come out of this mindset atleast in this generation. There maybe bandaids but real cure is when there's a culture shift away from movie and hero worship to actually celebrating people based on their work. 🙏 Video
