My Address at the 72nd Annual General Body Meeting of 'Indian Institute of Public Administration' #IIPA New Delhi. Key Takeaways: "Some of the recent reforms in IIPA include reorientation of the academic curriculum suited to the contemporary requirements of governance... accordingly the APPPA and internship courses have been redone. Faculty, including the visiting faculty, is sought to be expanded to include courses in new technologies like AI etc as well as essential skills like communication etc. Online preparatory courses for Civil Services Examination being strengthened to facilitate aspirants across sections of society. Working in synergy with LBSNAA Mussoorie, the Capacity Building Commission and other like-minded institutions, curated courses are now being developed for different segments including Local Body representatives, Armed Security personnel, and even the private sector. For the flavour of harmonious learning and exposure, Membership of IIPA, though highly selective, has been opened to all age groups, unlike in the past when it was open only to seniors. In keeping with PM Sh @narendramodi 's integrative approach, IIPA’s nationwide outreach has been increased beyond the confines of Delhi NCR, with initiation of regional conferences and meetings for inclusive Capacity Building in Governance"
