🛍️ CMRL Invites Bids for Retail & Food Outlets at Vadapalani Metro Interchange Excellent move 🙃🙏🎉 ​📐 #Chennai Metro Rail Limited ( #CMRL ) has invited bids for 1,887 sqm. of prime retail and food outlet space spread across two levels at the #Vadapalani interchange (Phase 2 side). ​📈 Daily footfall at the station has already reached 11,000 to 12,000 passengers, with substantial traffic growth anticipated as Phase 2 operations expand and stabilize. ​🍽️ The initiative aims to capitalize on high commuter density by offering integrated F&B and shopping experiences directly within the major transit hub.
