Neither moved… until an ambulance showed up. 🚑 A delivery rider entered a barricaded lane in Bengaluru from the wrong direction, straight at a dashcam-equipped car. The car driver stopped and held position instead of reversing. The rider lifted his visor and gestured for the driver to make way. Moments later, an ambulance with flashing lights approached behind him. Realising the standoff was pointless, the rider turned his bike around and cleared the lane. No collision, but a few seconds of ego could have blocked emergency access. Wrong-side riding makes everyone’s commute riskier, including the person who can’t wait for the road to clear. 🚑 Who should have given way here?
